A bid cap for each buyer
Set how much a buyer can commit in total. When they reach it, their bidding locks on its own and you get told. Raise it, lower it or remove it whenever you like, and the count starts again from that moment.
Choose the accounts they use
Give a buyer one of your auction accounts, several, or all of them. Take one away and it disappears from their app at once. Nothing to reset and no password to change.
Only the devices you approve
Lock a buyer to their office PC and their phone. A new device that tries to sign in shows up for you to approve or ignore. Remove a device and it's signed out on the spot.
Hold or remove anyone, instantly
Put a buyer on hold and every open session of theirs ends immediately. Bring them back later with their history intact, or deactivate them for good.
See who bid on the same car

- Every bid, watch and win has a name on it. Who, which account, which device, where from, and the exact time.
- Passwords are never handed out. Each person signs in as themselves, so there's nothing to forward, leak or change for everyone.
- Approved devices only. A new phone or laptop has to be approved before it can reach an account.
- Access ends when you say so. Put someone on hold or remove a device and they're out, right then.
- Unusual activity stands out. A failed sign-in, a bid over the cap or a new machine is flagged on the record.
